Corrugated Fastener

Corrugated fasteners (also called wiggle nails) are wave-shaped metal fasteners used to join veneer sheets edge-to-edge before they go into the hot press — holding adjacent veneer leaves flat and aligned so the panel doesn't shift during pressing.

They're driven in with a stitching gun and used alongside Ply Haat's veneer stitching tape on high-volume lines joining large numbers of veneer sheets per shift.
